It’s that time of year again, when we vow to turn over that new leaf, promising ourselves that we will do what ever it takes to lose that extra weight. But lets face it, does that ever really happen? Diets don’t work. Period! They are a never ending cycle of suffering and deprivation.   • State of Mind: The ancient Huna’s of Hawaii have an expression: “Energy flows where attention goes.” When we are on “a diet” our attention is focused on all the foods we “can’t have” , therefore we think about them more often. This is not a good state of mind to be in because it creates feelings of deprivation, struggle and suffering. With Blooms unique weight loss program we will help you to create an optimal state of mind to become your ideal weight. We will take you on a guided exploration of your internal triggers and transform them into healthy self talk, so that you develop a better sense of self esteem.

Though hypnosis you will address the emotional issues that cause you to overeat andtogether we willhelp you bring resolution to these issues. We will do thisthough creating empowering emotional resources and personalized strategies for emotional management that that will prevent further emotional overeating.

  • Behaviors & Habits: This will encompass an exploration of the detrimental behaviors and habits you currently have that prevent you from becoming your ideal weight. New solutions and strategies will be implemented that will contribute to sustained weight loss.
